DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on OGXCLUSIV are digital downloads. Upon payment confirmation you will receive an email with your download link. Please save your files immediately after downloading.

LICENSE & USAGE

All sounds, presets, and VST content purchased from OGXCLUSIV are licensed for personal and commercial music production use. This means you may use them in your beats, tracks, and releases.

You may NOT:

- Resell, redistribute, or share the files

- Repackage the sounds as your own product

- Upload the raw files to sample sharing platforms

ROYALTY FREE

All sounds are royalty free for use in music productions. This does not apply to phrases, melody midis, or samples/composition loops unless explicitly stated on the product page.

REFUNDS

Digital products are not eligible for refunds due to their intangible nature. The only exception is accidental double purchases. All sales are final.

ACCOUNT & ACCESS

OGXCLUSIV operates through Payhip. Any account or access issues are subject to Payhip's platform terms as well as ours.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
